We’ve been working closely with some of the biggest celebrities in India to make sure this first drop is one to remember. This is the first NFT release for all of these celebrities, and we’re incredibly excited to welcome their tens of millions of fans to the incredible world of DeSpace and crypto more generally!

These NFTs are much, much more than just pictures. In addition to all of the benefits that come with DeSpace NFTs, drops from these collections will also give their holders amazing perks that any true fan would dream of having.

Auction details

We’ve worked closely with some of the biggest names in Indian cinema, and this month we’re incredibly excited to launch five exclusive NFT drops.

In addition to looking cool and unlocking utility in the DeSpace ecosystem, these NFTs will grant their holder the chance to have a one-on-one meetup with their favorite celebrity!

The holders will also retain commercial rights to the NFT Avatars, allowing them to lease them for creative purposes on the web, in merchandising, for gaming, in the metaverse, and wherever else you’d like. The artists will retain an 8% royalty fee on all these commercial transactions.

The first DeSpace NFT auctions will begin on April 5 at 20:00 UTC and run for 4 weeks.

The starting bid for each NFT is $3,000 worth of $DES at the time of price peg. This price reflects the rarity and incredible value that these NFTs offer.

Nishant Malkani

Nishant Malkani is a well-known Indian TV actor, model and former Bigg Boss contestant. He is one of the most loved actors in Indian television, popularly known for his role in Zee TV’s Ram Milaayi Jodi and Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega.

Nishant’s NFT character is a barbarian soul hunter, wielding an enchanted barbarian ax he uses to hunt demons. He holds their captured souls in his offhand.

Nyrraa M Banerji

Nyrraa M Banerji rose to fame with her performance as Divya in the supernatural serial Divya Drishti. She’s well known for her web series work and is currently playing Chakori in Voot TV’S Raksha Bandhan.

She has also been part of many southern movies and is a household name in the entertainment industry.

Nyrraa’s NFT shows a fantasy Egyptian Queen avatar wielding an ancient sword. The sword is a magical double-edged blade through which she captures souls from her fallen enemies, which she then uses to stay young forever.

Archana Gupta

Archana is a Mumbai-based Indian model, actress and entrepreneur. She’s appeared as a heroine in several films in different languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu, and has even appeared in Hollywood and Russian productions.

Archana is known for her work in Poison for Zee5, Love Sorries and Afat e Ishq.

She also acted in the short films based on MeToo and Banjar alongside Maniesh Paul. She is a prominent celebrity endorser for many big brands and products. As an actress, she has explored almost every part of the Indian film industry.

Archana’s NFT avatar is the Queen of Justice, portrayed as an Indianised warrior who emanates courage and bravery. She wields a divine trident through which she does justice, which she obtained from an ancient Lord Shiva Mandir. The weapon becomes more powerful depending on the avatar’s courage — the more courage, the more power in her weapon. Her weapon, made of energy, cannot break, as energy can’t be destroyed.

Karishma Kotak

Based between London and India, Karishma Kotak is a model, actress, anchor and sports presenter. She is best known for her participation in the Kingfisher Calendar, Big Boss, IPL, Mumbai Premier League and Karnataka Premier League.

Karishma’s NFT avatar is a princess of heaven wielding extremely powerful magical powers, bestowed upon her by the gods.
