It’s Christmas time in NFT land, and we’ve got an awesome drop to get you hyped for the holiday season! We’re excited to announce the next exclusive drop on our NFT Lottery Pad is from our friends at Losercoin, who we’ve been working with to help you win 🚀
The LOSERCOINxDESPACE Christmas NFT Event takes place on December 25 — perfect for those that don’t celebrate Christmas! And for those that do celebrate Christmas, it’s the perfect opportunity to show your relatives exactly what an NFT is 🔥
This event will be a little different from our first lottery, so make sure you read to the end of this article so that you’re sure you’re across all the details.
How to participate
We’ve worked with Losercoin to help create this drop for our amazing communities of winners 🔥 To participate, all you need to do is stake $LOWB or $DES to be eligible for tickets.
Staking pools will be opened shortly on both DeSpace and Losercoin — you can stake $DES through DeSpace and $LOWB through Losercoin, and either pool will make you eligible for tickets. The more you stake, the more tickets you can claim.
All tickets have a fixed price: 500,000 $LOWB / $25 worth of $DES per ticket.
This is the amount of $LOWB or $DES you need to stake for a single ticket. If you stake 10,000,000 $LOWB, for example, you could claim 20 tickets.
The price of $DES will be fixed when snapshotting begins — for example, if you have $200 worth of $DES staked when the snapshot starts, you’ll be eligible for 8 tickets.
Remember, these tickets are effectively free. You can unstake after snapshotting, regardless of how many tickets you ultimately claim. The only time you need to pay is if you win the NFT.
NFTs themselves can be purchased using $LOWB, $DES or $USDT — make sure you have enough to buy the NFTs you want should you win!

Here’s how it’ll work:
- 25 hours before the draw, the $DES price is fixed and snapshotting begins. Make sure you have enough $LOWB or $DES staked by this time for the tickets you want to claim!
- You can claim more than one ticket from each tier. For example, if Bob has 5,000,000 $LOWB staked he can claim 10 tickets in total — this can be any combination of Common, Rare, Legendary or Epic, depending on ticket availability.
- 13 hours before the lottery, ticket claiming begins and lasts 12 hours.
- Tickets can be claimed from DeSpace at lottery.despace.app.
- Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. There aren’t unlimited entries, so you need to be quick to claim your tickets! Missed out? Don’t worry, you can always try again for the next lottery 😘
- The ticket claim closes 1 hour before the lottery. If all the tickets are claimed early we may decide to run the lottery earlier 🎲
- Cross your fingers! The lottery takes around 2 to 5 minutes to complete, after which you can see if you’ve won. Simply open the DeSpace app, navigate to your ‘My Tickets’ page and see if there is an NFT claim there instead 🎁
- The winners then have 12 hours to claim their NFTs at the fixed prices published above from DeSpace.

✨ December 24, 11.00 UTC — Snapshotting begins. Make sure you’re staking by this time!
✨ December 24, 23.00 UTC — Ticket claiming begins. First come, first served, so be ready 🚀
✨ December 25, 12.00 UTC (or earlier if all tickets are claimed) — Lottery is drawn and winners can claim their NFTs.
Where to stake? 🏦
Users can stake $DES on BSC in either the DES Pool or the MultiPOOL. Both are found through our staking dApp at staking.despace.app.
Users can stake $LOWB in the dedicated pool found at app.loserswap.com. Navigate to the ‘Pools’ section and choose the Deposit pool.
A drop for winners and losers
Our first collaboration with Losercoin is a drop that celebrates the lucky losers in the world. Love them or hate them, these are all people who were losers at one point in time, and through their work (and probably a bit of luck) became winners.
Whether or not they became losers again is a matter of opinion.

The co-founder of Lowbthereum and blockchain advocate is respected almost universally, with the exception of a few salty SHIB holders who blame him for what was retrospectively a short-term crash. Despite not fitting the physical description of ‘giga chad’, and with questionable musical abilities, Vitalowb is the definition of a winner — and anyone with anything tied to the Lowbthereum blockchain certainly hopes he won’t lose any time soon.
